Real Estate Buyers On The Internet

The Internet is quickly becoming the #1 way for searching and buying foreclosures, shortsales, and new homes in Aynor, Conway, Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas:

  • 84% of prospective home, condo, townhome, etc. buyers begin their search on the Internet.
  • 79% of Internet real estate buyers pick their real estate agent online.
  • Internet real estate consumers chose to view 50% fewer homes in person before buying their piece of real estate as a traditional buyer.
  • Internet real estate buyers are younger, wealthier, and buy more expensive homes than ever.
  • Multiple photos, slide shows, and Virtual Tours are the highest rated online real estate features.

Buyers have the opportunity to conveniently purchase real estate at substantial savings, over the Internet from the comfort of their own home, office or anywhere in the world. Foreclosures, shortsales, and new homes are becoming more available and have never been easier to find in Aynor, Conway, Myrtle Beach, and surrounding areas.

Time is running out! Take advantage of the tax credit and buy your home now!

We have great news for those searching for homes in Aynor, Conway, Myrtle Beach, and surrounding areas! The $8,000 home buyer tax credit has been extended until April 30, 2010. There are plenty of homes to choose from right now, and you can still take advantage of the tax rebate if you are a first time buyer, BUT you have to have a contract in hand ready to go to closing no later than April 30, 2010 and you MUST close on the house no later than June 30, 2010. Since it takes from 2 to 3 months to get from contract to closing, that means it is now time to get the paperwork rolling for that new home you have been dreaming about. Foreclosures, short sales, new homes, it doesn’t matter. The provisions are providing a tremendous opportunity for homeowners as a huge incentive for buying a home. The new extension and expansion has created a sense of urgency for those buying homes.

$8,000 First time home buyer tax credit Qualifications:

1. Income qualification: Single tax payer income can not exceed $125,000 and couples filing jointly can not exceed $225,000

2. Purchase date qualification: All sales that occur between January 1, 2009 and April 30, 2010

3. Buyer qualification: Anyone who has not owned their own home during the previous three years prior to current purchase

The tax rebate is available for 10% of the purchase price of the home with a maximum of $8,000

Remember mortgage rates are still at historic lows, but most analysts feel that as soon as the First Time Home Buyer rebate program expires, they will jump. Take a look at the new homes, foreclosures, short sales and everything else the market has to offer.

Since it takes about 6 to 8 weeks for the applications to be processed, and about 60-90 days to close on a home on average, you can see time is running out to take advantage of the Tax Rebate program. Let me help you start this New Year out right with purchasing your new home!
